Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Unser Häuschen steht am Ortsrand / Waldrand / Sackgasse. Zur Landesgartenschau Ellwangen 15 km. Die Gemeinde Abtsgmünd ist seit 2010 ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort, die klimatischen und lufthygienischen Anforderungen erfüllt. Viele Wander.-Fahrradtouren in Umgebung. Unsere Einliegerwohnung wurde 1/25 renoviert. Abtsgmünd liegt an der Bundesstraße 19 im Kochertal zwischen Aalen und Schwäbisch Hall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.

A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
