The “Tuscan Villa” was aptly named as it truly had a very Mediterranean vibe. The place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended family for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Everyone had a great time catching up with all the comings and goings on of different family members. Needless to say, a good time was had by all! Heidi answered any questions I had tout de suite and dealt with a minor problem in a timely manner.

Where do I start. Juli is AMAZING to work with. She is TRULY a GEM. I feel like we've gained a life-long friend (as odd as that sounds). Her communication is SUPERB. She is full of ideas, recommendations, and just all out GREAT ADVICE. She was our first Airbnb booking and she made the process absolutely seamless. She had outstanding ideas and recommendations to local grocery stores, things to do, etc. She explained the check-in process in AMAZING detail and we had no questions going in. She was always available to reach out to if we needed ANYTHING and gave the BEST advice. Thank you, Juli -- for an AMAZING week full of memories. This was our FIRST family trip as a group of 7 and we can't wait to make this a regular thing. You truly are the BEST to work with!!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size, and it was exactly what we needed for the weekend getaway. The kids loved the pool, and there were so many restaurants and wineries in the area for the adults. We will definitely book again if we ever need to plan another fun family gathering!

Ciaras place is spectacular! The decor, the linens, the outside space was amazing. Great views. The listing doesn't do it justice! This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

This place was amazing! We only wish we had more time to enjoy it. We just got married and needed a place to a night for a quick little getaway and it was everything as posted, but so much more!! We have done many Airbnb’s over the years and this is in the top 2! Private, quiet, peaceful, super clean and perfect for a romantic getaway! We will definitely be back to explore all the options that are available! Like drinking glass of wine by the outdoor fireplace! If you book this place will definitely not be disappointed at all! We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

Our family of 7 (aged teenage to adult) stayed here. The view was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the front spacious balcony with ocean views and abundant seating. We also liked that it was a bit setback from the road (over the garage entrance). The living room with sectional & large coffee table was perfect for game night. We also utilized the kitchen and grill, which had everything we needed for a delicious home cooked dinner. We walked a whole bunch along the strand, which is so much fun. It’s close to the pier and lots of great restaurants. We were able to use the beach gear and quickly realized that we hadn’t needed to bring anything from home. The beach locker had multiple beach chairs and just about everything you would need for a fun day at the beach. The rental had a good stock of beach towels and regular towels as well. Overall, an amazing experience. We would absolutely rent here again!

This villa was amazing. Basically a one bedroom suite with an attached standard hotel room. Four Seasons 5 star service all the way. All amenities were available including room service and daily maid service if wanted. Will stay next time we’re down visiting family in the area. Thanks Rita!

I never leave reviews but this place was absolutely gorgeous and clean. There is plenty to do at the house and the host was extremely responsive. What a beautiful location!

Gorgeous home and view! So much fun for a group of friends. We loved the game room, the jacuzzi, and the nearness to local wineries. David was very responsive and helpful.

The photos did not do this villa justice!! It’s a beautiful getaway to enjoy the outdoors and especially the sunrise/sunsets as you’re enjoying breakfast or dinner outside. Courtney was amazing, she hosted my family and friends for my small intimate wedding ceremony. It’s a magical place I will never forget. Not to mention Courtney left some thoughtful treats for check-in. Will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing property right off the water. They offer onsite parking but there is also plenty of street parking if no onsite is available. The host was super responsive and accommodating for our last minute booking. The unit was super clean, great balcony overlooking the water. This is definitely a must stay for anyone coming to visit Carlsbad.

This villa was amazingly beautiful inside and out The view was beautiful specially during sunset ..had an amazing time here my kiddos loved it would definitely book in the future . The host Elizabeth was so friendly and very kind..it's a beautiful home away from home ..

This was a beautiful home for a girls getaway staycation. The pool was clean and so was all of the home. Super cool set up! There’s a little game area space upstairs so also fun for a guys trip. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that they have black out curtains! Will definitely be booking again when I stay in SD. It’s like a 25 minute drive to gaslamp district and all of the restaurants in that area like Javier’s and Red O. Also, we felt comfortable cooking in the kitchen. Mostly all of the essentials are provided, including great coffee! Don’t hesitate and book!

We had the best stay at Casa Nera! The house was even better than the photos. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were super comfy. Perfect, peaceful spot for us to relax for spring break!

Great house! Denise was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Plenty of space for my sister and her bridesmaids to relax and get ready for her wedding. Would stay again!

As others have said, Elmar is a great host and the property was beautiful. We loved the view of the orchards from the patio. Our elderly parents especially appreciated all the citrus from the property that Elmar generously shared with us. Meandering through the grapefruit groves brought them back to their agricultural roots. Furnishings and accessories were all very tasteful and reminiscent of boutique hotel decor. We were there for an engagement party and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and hang out around the massive dining table and the outdoor patio. Wished we could have stayed longer to relax and just enjoy the space.

Our expectations were surpassed as soon as we walked through the white gate and saw the majestic views from the backyard. As far as the eye could see there was a spectacular beauty that went on forever. As we passed the front door we were overwhelmed at just how big the living room and kitchen were. The house was beyond accommodating. It became our home, warm and comfortable. The response time for our little WiFi hiccup was immediate. We felt that we were in good hands and that we would be taken care of if any other problem arose. Every room had beautiful touches of fall decor. Every bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had every possible utensil and dinnerware necessary to prepare a thanksgiving feast. Our entire family was delighted at all the games available including the billiards table and PacMan. This house is absolutely wonderful. All seven of us truly enjoyed our stay. The house brought us a lot of happiness. And we look forward to another visit.

We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. My family enjoyed the entire weekend and we would definitely stay again! Many thanks
