This fully-furnished and equipped rental is sure to deliver a one-of-a-kind Southern California experience with everything you need from towels, linens, beach toys and gear, to all the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, hi-speed Internet included free of charge. Note that the third bedroom is also a secon living room connected to the main living room. Sliding doors and blinds allow for full privacy when closed. There is a second Villa (Villa B) that is a two-bedroom condo upstairs and has a separate listing and booking. Some guests will rent both units for larger groups. Both units are separate and private.
