Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. Cozy Corner House by the Boise Greenbelt.

Our cozy corner house is within 900 feet to the popular greenbelt where you can enjoy the Boise River and a variety of activities. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Serene and Private West Boise Suite

Lovely guest suite with private entrance, bath, kitchenette, sitting room with 42" flat screen TV and separate bedroom. Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and heated tile floor. We are not set up for children, however we can accommodate infants, we have a pack-play. Large, tranquil yard that backs to a beautiful common area with walking paths. Feel free to enjoy our large patio, water feature and warm yourself by our fire pit in the evenings. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!
