Nice, family-friendly house with large garden

Beautiful house surrounded by vineyards with lovely rooms, large kitchen and wild garden with trampoline, cable car and swing. There is a wood-burning stove, room for many around the large plank table and plenty of opportunity to both relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or play badminton in the garden and board games in the living room. There are bedrooms, a children's room with a dinosaur bed and a guest room with peace and quiet in the living room. We use the house as a vacation home with our children and welcome everyone who wants to have a familiar and nice time.

The villa is beautifully located in a large garden overlooking the sea and the high Møn. The house is part of Theater Møn, a former school, which is a theater and cultural center, where theater performances are regularly held, and various events are held, but it takes place in the other houses of the place. A guest toilet is on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, etc. In the basement there is a pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The entire house is equipped to a high standard and has two satellite TVs. The upper floor offers sea views.

There is 2.5 km to a nice large forest, which goes out to the coast where there is a beautiful beach that is not overcrowded, which is about 4 km from the home.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Our beautiful thatched house (built in 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
