Nice, family-friendly house with large garden

Beautiful house surrounded by vineyards with lovely rooms, large kitchen and wild garden with trampoline, cable car and swing. There is a wood-burning stove, room for many around the large plank table and plenty of opportunity to both relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or play badminton in the garden and board games in the living room. There are bedrooms, a children's room with a dinosaur bed and a guest room with peace and quiet in the living room. We use the house as a vacation home with our children and welcome everyone who wants to have a familiar and nice time.

It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated and suitable for one or more families renting the house together.

For variety, there’s a giant trampoline, go-karts, table tennis, a foosball table, a dartboard, and kayaks to explore the area from the water.

A guest toilet is on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, etc. In the basement there is a pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The entire house is equipped to a high standard and has two satellite TVs. The upper floor offers sea views.

Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.
