Centrally located on a quiet country road. Spacious, bright, sunlit space that is a perfect blend of serenity and accessibility. Folks love to walk on our road with views of meadows and mountains. We are 20 minutes from the thruway whether you are coming through New Paltz to the south or from the north through Kingston. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, and breweries. Outdoor enthusiasts' heaven with super easy access to biking, hiking, cross country skiing, & world class rock climbing.

Sunset Garden Room in High Falls

Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Near New Paltz, Kingston, many other Hudson Valley destinations. Relax after a day of hiking, biking, climbing, & exploring the beautiful Hudson Valley in your private, clean & cozy cottage! This former artist studio's creative décor reflects local artists the area is known for. Your private patio features a fire table for comfort & ambiance. Complimentary snacks & S'mores provided. We're centrally located in the Hudson Valley - only a 90 min +/- drive from the NYC area.

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Woodland Neighborhood Retreat

Relax in a cozy studio in the peaceful woods. Tasteful high-quality touches will have you feeling comfortable right away! This is an ideal space for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children. We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a cozy two bedroom 1850s guest house on a beautiful property 2hrs hours from NYC. Relax in the open dining room, enjoy cooking from the privacy of your well stocked kitchen, or take it outside to the grill, and soak in the magic of the Hudson Valley. Wake up to the sound of the babbling brook outside, then make the most of all the wonders of upstate life, before heading home to light the fire and snuggling up under the stars.

Located in historic High Falls on Leggett Road, one of the loveliest roads in the area, is your private cottage. Just renovated, it has all new amenities. The location is steps away from the rail trail where you can bike or walk. Stone Ridge and High Falls are a half-mile away for all your shopping. Situated between the majestic Shawangunks and the Catskills; outdoor activities, farm to table restaurants, breweries and farmers markets abound.

Downstairs Victorian style private suite with it's own entrance to large front hall, bedroom & bathroom in an old stone farmhouse filled with mid-20th-century artwork. Easy access to outdoors. The house is one of the original deeds in Clove Valley dating back to the 1700s. The home has lots of character on a sustainable farm adjacent to the Mohonk Preserve & 7 miles to Minnewaska State Park.
