This was our first day in Punta Cana and we visited with our entire family. Mike and Heidi were amazing house from the very moment that we booked our trip! Every question was answered in a timely manner, and all of the recommendations we asked for were provided. They even organized our private transfer to and from the airport as well as our excursions! Super fun trip and highly recommend renting this location! The only thing that we would say is that the Jacuzzi was never warm, but we’re not sure if that was supposed to be that way or not since the country is quite warm and most people probably prefer to stay in cooler water. Definitely not a Mike and Heidi issue!!!

Our stay was abbreviated due to our lack of tolerance for the area due to being approached outside of the security gate by aggressive street hustlers non-stop. This is no fault of the property or our host, but just not for us. Our host offered every accommodation possible and went above and beyond with assisting in transportation and food delivery options.

Loved this place, and her host Alex is great, always attentive to every detail and willing to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and clean condominium, very close to everything. My family and I are very grateful to Alex for all his attentions, and we would definitely come back.

The place is beautiful, very quiet and the apartment is VERY comfortable and very well maintained. We arrive at an apartment where care is noted with attention to detail. Raquel is an excellent host. Always available and attentive. Very flexible and clear. Definitely back.

We stayed for one month. The best thing other than the weather and the beautiful beaches, was the service we received from the host Go Punta Cana Vacations. They were truly the best of any service I have ever received anywhere. They were extremely organized and communication was second to none. We had a few issues during our stay, but were resolved immediately. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The AC worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. So nice to have a washer and dryer. I appreciated the room darkening shade in the primary bedroom. The pool was clean and the grounds were well kept. The condo is very well located near everything. I was a bit worried about the large deposit required for electricity beforehand if staying for more than 28 days, but rest assured, they reimburse you back for what you don’t use. The apartment was a bit pricey and showing a bit of wear and tear, but knowing we had such an attentive host, it was well worth it! Thank you again. We’ll be back!

House is nicer than the pictures. Felt comfortable and safe and great neighborhood. So easy to get around with the golf cart rental. The host was so responsive. I would stay here again for sure. I was debating between here and Eden ROC hotel and I’m glad I stayed here much more comfortable than a hotel room.

I absolutely loved Giselle place. Although we had an incident happen where we didn’t have hot water we made it work and she was extremely responsive and ready to give us options. We absolutely loved her place though it was beautiful, the surrounding was beautiful and the space was spacious !! Looks exactly like the photos and furniture was beautiful and clean!! Definitely recommend her!! She’s a super host for sure!!!
