Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

A barbecue, a table tennis and a soccer goal are available for use in the spacious garden. In the lovingly furnished house with fireplace, smart TV and Sonos box you can enjoy yourself. Completed in 2024, the installer's apartment in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac offers ideal conditions for relaxing stays. Two comfortable single beds, a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster and kettle ensure maximum comfort. The separate entrance guarantees privacy, while the sunny west terrace invites you to relax. Waipu TV is available free of charge, as is a washing machine for shared use.

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

We have been living in our own home for just over three years and have prepared a beautiful basement apartment in our basement rooms. It is located in a district of Verden. In the immediate vicinity there is a Rewe, Lidl and various leisure activities (swimming pool, climbing park...) - which makes a car almost superfluous. Bicycle tourists as well as train and car travelers are welcome here!

The apartment is upstairs in an old half-timbered farmhouse with a private bathroom. A private kitchen has also been available since May 2026. The house is close to the Verwell swimming pool, the climbing park and the Niedersachsenhalle. And conveniently located between the highway and the train station.
