You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cabin opposite the forest. Throw open the doors, hear the birdsong and relax in comfort. Enjoy its convenient location to mainline train stations and the A3 whilst surrounded by woodland tranquility and National Trust walks. The villages of Grayshott and Churt lie within walking distance with their pubs, cafes, restaurants and characterful shops, whilst slightly further afield lie bustling Farnham, Haslemere, Midhurst and Petworth.

The Annex, Hindhead

Large double room with own kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3, on a private development, giving easy access to the coast, Goodwood, Farnham or Guildford. We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit.
