Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Die Innenstadt, mit seinen vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem berühmten Dat-Otto-Huus und dem Hafentor am Emder Delft, liegt nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben vom Emder Wall mit den seinen malerischen Grachten.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

Here we rent our small centrally located apartment. It is only 300 m from the Ems-Jade Canal cycle path and about 1 km from the Kesselschleuse. The city center is also close by at 2.5 km. Fresh rolls and groceries are also no problem. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away. The VW factory can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. In summer, a small garden is at your disposal.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is located on an old dike. This allows a view of meadows and fields. Occasionally you can watch deer, rabbits, pheasants and birds. The accommodation is in the middle of East Frisia. Norden, Greetsiel, Aurich and Emden can be reached in no time. The property is equipped with insect protection.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
