Cozy and family friendly cottage with good space both inside and outside only 300m from lovely sandy beach and the North Sea. Spacious and bright with plenty of space. Lovely TV lounge with window section to the west - perfect for enjoying the sunset. Lovely north, south and west facing wooden terraces around the summerhouse, as well as a secluded separate sun terrace. Large bathroom with toilet, shower and sauna. No youth groups or parties are accepted. Guests must bring their own bedding, towels, and tea towels.

The home is high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the delicious swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and beach, which you can reach on a fresh walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside resort of Lønstrup to get the day's shopping done. It also has a lovely selection of restaurants and boutiques.

Built in 2024, the home offers three cozy double bedrooms with plenty of closet space. One master bedroom has a TV. The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful natural area just outside Lønstrup city and the beach. It is only 5 minutes by car to Skallerup Seaside Resort with Aqua Park, fitness, bowling and more. There is a sauna on the beach for our guests to enjoy - completely free of charge. We have mounted charger for the car so you can charge your car at the house.
