Overall, our stay was satisfactory. We appreciated the additional space provided, the property was spacious enough to accommodate a larger group (we were 6 adults and a child) While the cost was somewhat high, our limited time for exploring alternative accommodations prevented us from making a more informed decision. However, it is important to note that the house is of an older age. This may cause discomfort for individuals prone to vertigo, as the floors exhibit creaking and slanted surfaces. Despite these minor considerations, the property was well-stocked with essential amenities. Linens, kitchenware, toilet paper, and bedding were readily available in all bedrooms. Additionally, each bedroom was equipped with earplugs, trash cans, irons, or steam irons, which enhanced our comfort. Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

Placemakr was a wonderful spot for our slightly larger group- the comfort of an apartment with the amenities of a hotel. The rooms were clean, the hosts were responsive, helpful and kind. We felt welcomed in NYC thanks to Placemakr. Its location was perfect- easy to get to the subway, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a great location right on the river. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything is exactly as described and then some. Easy access to public transportation to the city insane view of the city as well.

Place was super clean from the floors to the furniture and beds you can tell they take the cleaning seriously. Alex was very quick at responding and checking in to see how everything was going. Train is just down the street so commuting was very easy. Definitely would recommend staying here! I for sure would come back.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was a welcoming, friendly, dense neighborhood. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Mabel’s place was very comfortable and it had four nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. There was a lot of thoughtful touches that she provided, including wine. It was a hot day in New York, and it was really difficult to cool the place down. I think it must be later in the spring when the room air conditioners are installed. The only other thing is if you were a light sleeper the place is right on a main road and is relatively noisy all night. Bring earplugs and a noise maker.

We booked the place for our couples vacation, we ended up driving from NC and got there a couple hours earlier than anticipated. Messaged the host if we could check in earlier and we did. Host was very responsive and instructions were very clear. House looked exactly like the pictures and i definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Adam's place is very spacious and comfortably fit our family. Adam was a great host and responded quickly to questions. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short driving distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple large TVs throughout the house. There were plenty of bath towels, blankets and toiletries available. We recommend Adam's house.

Ana was a fantastic host! Her place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that Oneeba was the perfect host. She was very detailed in her communications, she responded within a reasonable time for any questions I had. She even refunded me for some washcloths I bought from Walmart. She had 8 already but I had a party of 13 so I just grabbed them on my Walmart run and she refunded me with proof of receipt. Now the house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything is very modern and sleek and up to date and in pristine condition. We basically had 2 apartment units with their own entries and own equal amenities. It was more then enough room for me and the other guest which included 3 adults, 10 kids and 1 newborn. The house was also about 20-25 minutes from The American Dream Mall that has "Nickelodeon Universe" and "Dreamworks Waterpark" which is why we were visiting the area. I would highly recommend this home based off the immaculate host and the immaculate home itself!!! If I ever come back that way, I know where I'm staying!!!

We stayed here with two couples and our kids for a quick trip near Meadowlands. The place was cozy and comfortable—nothing fancy, but it did the trick. It’s on a quiet block, which was great, and they provided all the basic necessities we needed. Overall, a solid stay for a family-friendly getaway.

This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

We had a great visit. With the duplex there were plenty of beds and space.

Very great stay,house was beautiful as shown, very spacious.Loved the pool table and dart board and the surrounding system was a very nice addition as well. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and very kind ,allowed us to open the heated pool for our stay which was the highlight of the trip and of course the jacuzzi! I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area!
