It is located 200 m from the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours to "Kroppacher Schweiz" and with connection (1 km) to the Westerwaldsteig. Two playgrounds are not far away and there is much to discover, e.g. Hachenburg with the historic market square, the Marienstatt Abbey with monastery garden & brewery, the Westerwald lake district, Bad Marienberg with climbing and animal park.

Our stylishly furnished apartment is located in the beautiful, rural Lochum, near the small town of Hachenburg. Experience the beauties of our Westerwald nature. In the immediate vicinity is the Westerwälder Seenplatte with, among other things, the threeifel pond. Numerous cycling and hiking trails, including the Westerwaldsteig, are also at the front door. Our apartment is located right by the forest in the magnificent landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Near Obererbachs is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other charming hiking, cycling and motorbike routes, ideal for day trips. Our village of Obererbach belongs to the district of Altenkirchen. In the village within walking distance, you will find the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). By car, you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in about 3.5 km.

Nestled in the historic old town of the town of Hachenburg, you will find the ideal environment for day trips to the Westerwald lake district, a few stages on the Westerwaldsteig or a visit to the Marienstatt Monastery with a brewery and great beer garden.

Quiet, small cottage in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with oven, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window, and a reading room. This includes a small terrace with marquise and a 500 sqm garden. It's not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature reserve, which adjoins the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

The apartment is bright, sunny, barrier-free and modernly furnished. Built in 2021. The town of Vielbach is 5 minutes from the A3. ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Completely newly renovated and furnished in 2024, you should feel comfortable with us, relax on the large terrace and sizzle a sausage on the grill. It is a one-room studio apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed separated by a curtain. Directly adjacent is the wonderful Nauberg, recently a nature reserve, for hiking and cycling

Relax in this special, quiet accommodation, surrounded by meadows, forest and a quietly rushing stream. Move your office to these beautifully located rooms for a few days. Take a walk, hike or grab your laptop and sit down to work on the protected veranda. Enjoy the magnificent views in between. Watch birds, squirrels and, with a little luck, deer and foxes.

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
