Apartment ARTEna Kassel with beautiful terrace

Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Neighborhood over the bridge

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich, mache an kalten Tagen den Kamin an oder schwinge dich auf dein Fahrrad, gehe Kanufahren, erkunde den Reinhardswald oder schmeiß den Grill an. Auch die örtliche Gastronomie hat einiges zu bieten. Besonders mit Kindern ist ein Besuch im Tierpark Sababurg ein absolutes Highlight. ( Hunde sind dort erlaubt ) Oder vielleicht historisch? Die Trendelburg, die Sababurg oder das örtliche Museum bieten viele Informationen. Ebenso sehenswert ist Hofgeismar, ca. 10km…..

The holiday home Haus am Reithagen is located in Hofgeismar and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Chalet Habichtswald

Welcome to our new Chalet Habichtswald, located at the foot of the Hoher Dörnberg in the Habichtswald Nature Park. Our small wooden house is located in a very nice hillside location right next to a riding stable for Icelandic horses. The property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the gliding airfield on the Dörnberg on all sides. The Friedrichstein hiking parking lot is in the immediate vicinity and offers access to various premium hiking trails.

House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (fold-out), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a toilet. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder. There is a large bed (180x200) and a regular bed (90x200), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a construction site in front of the house. Parking in front of the main house, Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. NO dogs allowed!
