Villa Marsiya is a custom luxury studio treehouse for up to two adults (no children, no pets). It includes a King bed, jacuzzi tub, custom shower, kitchenette, dining table for two, recliner love seat, large smart T.V. Soak in your private indoor hot tub in the trees with mirror reflective tinted windows giving you some of the best views in the state of Arkansas. Perhaps join the other guests in the recreation area around the large fire pit, enjoying the waterfall or swimming in the pool.

Our condo is spacious at roughly 2500 sq ft , and features 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bath are large with 2 closets, a huge jacuzzi tub with separate shower, and double vanity. The main level features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a handy island. On the lower level are 2 large bedrooms, and a full bath. A patio is accessible from the lower level, and has a hammock and hanging rope chair for relaxing.

All rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of Beaver Lake from atop Whitney Mountain, the highest elevation on the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze. The swimming pool will be closed mid-October thru early May.
