The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Take a look into the timeless retro charm of our cottage on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outdoor area as well as the large garden, where fruit trees are also to be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor, you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small places also offer for bike and motorcycle riders, beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering.

Beautiful one-room-apartment in the historic centre of the village. We renovated a small half-timbered house on the site of the naturopathy practice. A five-minute walk into nature. Disconnecting from everyday life, coming to rest and finding yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Exercise is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
