Luxury rentals in Holmes Beach

We absolutely loved this house! The property is gorgeous and had everything our family needed. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The resort pool was amazing!!! Sunsets from the roof top were beautiful. We hope to come back next year!! Expensive but worth every penny!!

We wee impressed from the moment we unlocked the front door and walked in. The home is very beautiful, functional and the common gathering areas are very specious and inviting. The kitchen is exceptional, we had all the pots and pans along with high quality utensils we needed to prepare a good meal. The pool area bar setup was ideal for hanging out and enjoying a nice barbecue, while listening to the water fall into the pool. All my guests were impressed with the place, we kept it a surprise and they were not disappointed. They indeed loved it!!

Was one of the best experiences we have had staying with an Air B&B. All hosts we interacted with were super helpful and extremely responsive and the home had everything we needed and more. Great location and trip. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a fantastic time during our stay with Vunique Vacations. The house was impeccably clean, fully stocked for easy cooking/cleaning during our stay, and breathtakingly gorgeous! For my fellow cooking lovers - eveything you need, plus 4 trash cans and 2 dishwashers!! Bar area with ice maker, extra drink fridge and 2 wince coolers. The outdoor area really was the star with the private beach area, pool, mini golf, ping pong, bean bags, and giant connect 4. Gas grill and bar area with outdoor fridge! The bikes and beach supplies were a really nice touch. Beds and all interior and exterior furniture extremely comfortable. What else could you ask for??! Such a beautiful island to explore on bike or easy run to the store to grab a few items. Perfect views of the unbelievable Siesta Key sunsets every night. So impressed I’m not sure we will ever want to rent from another company again! Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing time at the home. The hurricanes have done so much damage we were nervous, but the home was eactly as represented. The whole community was happy to have people back and we felt that we got top notch service from the entire community.

What can I say but this house is perfection! We had my 50th there and stayed for 7 days and every single day was better than the next! You can’t stay in a more beautiful and perfect home! Pictures definitely don’t do this house justice , it’s a must see in person! What do they say , location location location and this house is right on the beach and steps away from shopping and restaurants…we will definitely be staying here again and again! Property manager was amazing and even brought us new cornhole bags within minutes of ripping the ones we were using! Very very professional…
