Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults or 1 Adult and one child. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV) State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals. Pool Access Shared Access to Laundry The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.

This Grand Bahama Vacation Rental Home was recently renovated. All photos are from March 2022. We are located on the water, with no bridges and only a couple hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Haven is stylishly decorated with a West Indies Contemporary Vibe making it a warm cozy place to read, relax or sunbathe. She has a simple charm for both the beach goers and the sport fishermen. The property is very well-appointed with everything you need, situated 15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Freeport/Lucaya with anabundance of shops, restaurants and many attractions. Golf courses, scuba diving, nature reserves, swimming with dolphins, cycling & jeep tours etc., are all located within 20 minutes drive.
