Haus Sandkasten Neuharlingersiel

Das Haus Sandkasten ist ein alter Bauernhof, von dem die Scheune neu ausgebaut wurde. Hier befinden sich 10 gemütliche Zimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten, so dass bis zu 20 Personen bei uns Platz finden. Die Zimmer sind zur nord- und Südseite des Hofes ausgerichtet. In der Mitte der Scheune befindet sich die Gemeinschaftsküche und 5 Badezimmer. Die Scheune bietet mehrere gemütliche Sitzecken, nebst einem großen Essplatz. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Ausgang zur Terrasse.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a zone of 30, yet in the heart of the beautiful '' bear town'' Esens on the North Sea coast. The city centre, shops, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is only a few minutes away by car.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."
