Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. The apartment is located directly on the Lahn Valley, about 20 minutes from the Rhine and Moselle Valleys, as well as the city of Koblenz with its beautiful old town and several sights. The Emser Therme spa, many hiking trails and other highlights are located right in Bad Ems.

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to drive to Limburg. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.
