It is important for guests , especially guests who arrive when i am not here , to read the captions on my listing photos :) Basic information such as - where/how to park , interaction with my dog , room location & WiFi info is easily accessible in this way - anything that may be more detailed to know , i prefer to convey face to face or through messaging - Thank You :)
“Ms. Tina is really, really kind. Her place is a bit off the beaten path, but that makes it quiet and restful. If you like animals, this is the place for you - Tosa is a sweet old dog and the bunny (didn't catch its name) was fun to say hello to in the morning. I didn't see Wesley, but I'm sure he would have been great, too. The value is unbeatable.”
Here at Whitewater Farm we welcome everyone that would like to spend some time on our farm in this incredibly special tiny house that we built and decorated with our own hands. We have busy lives on the farm taking care of our crops and animals and children, but we enjoy visitors of all sorts and are so thankful to share our farm this way.
“Long post: First, I ONLY travel with airbnb. So I have experienced what decent and great stays look like... Their tiny home was A M A Z I N G. Right when you enter the property, you can just tell their land is loved on. The check-in was such a smooth process and Im so thankful I got to meet the hosts! If im being honest, I typically stay in my own bubble and would rather not communicate with any hosts. This was totally different. Their entire family was so kind and loving!! I appreciated that so much. In a world right now full of such uncertainty and adversity, they reminded us what a beautiful/compassionate family looks like. The kids were so respectful and smart. Rowdy was our buddy for sure!! The tiny house itself was so CLEAN and COZY. The outdoor shower was HEAVENLY. I fit right into the setting. Not a single detail was missed. Communication with the family was fast and Blakslee checked in every morning with me. The area is very cute and has what you need. We took advantage of the refillable adult cups (beer), ice cream, and cozy campfire. Seriously, this was the best. I plan on going back *fingers crossed* at least once more before the summer ends. The tiny house was a delight but the family atmosphere was a beautiful bonus. Thank you so much Masters Fam, yall should be so very proud... PS: the whole time we kept telling ourselves “Man. The boys have it so good here!!” And they sure do! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
Renovated Schoolhouse with lots of vintage charm! You'll be staying in a former large (24 x 30 ft, 720 sq feet total) classroom. Included: your own bathroom with laundry! A one of a kind local landmark. All are welcome! Great for anyone looking for a unique experience. Easily accessible from Interstate 81 off the Delano Exit 134 or Route 54. Very close to Jim Thorpe and many outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, swimming, and golfing.
“Maria's little house in the quaint town of Barnesville, is an astounding getaway gem in what could be, on the surface, the very middle of nowhere. Highly recommend for simply the house alone, the remaining accents of the old schoolhouse it had once been, to the tidy environment lead to a beautifully pleasant arrangement. Personal touches from the mini fridge, the TV area with plenty of sitting space, our personal heater along with the private bathroom were musts for our weekend away. It was also excellent to have a seperate area from her, as a host, so as not to feel in her way, or getting in the way of the ultimate flow of this perfect hideaway.”
