What a great place! Very quiet and secluded with lots of fun activities like lawn games, a fire pit, and a hot tub!

The Rooster Hut was exactly what we were for! Relaxing, peaceful but also conveniently located. We were close to everything we could need but it felt like our own private little oasis.

Awesome place to stay for peace and quiet. Lots of views and birds to watch. Had a great stay and will definitely use the cabin again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The host said the river was magic—and it truly was. We saw several manatees, including one right off the back dock! The kayaks were a big hit, and the whole family had a great time. Highly recommend!

The cabin is bigger in person and nice and comfortable. I don't think there's a better place to access Santos trails.

The tranquility of the back deck was incedible. The location was perfect for visiting our friends at Chassahowitzka Campground (1.5 miles away). I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore the area, especially the manatees and the three or seven sisters springs. One extra bonus was watching the albino squirrel from the front porch in the morning. We had an issue and were very responsive.

This home is very comfortably and thoughtfully furnished with just about any amenity you may have forgotten to pack. We visited with friends who live in the Villages and this place was a convenient place to stay located less than 1/2 hour away from their home. We loved the privacy and enjoyed listening to all the birds singing nearby. If we visit the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Very cozy place. Stayed there for work, so didn’t do any activities other than work but the place is very peaceful, homey, and cozy!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. You can’t beat the hospitality and the views. Perfect for small center consoles and bay boats. Cameron was friendly and very helpful would recommend this place to any scalloper or inshore fishermen.
