House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

Hi! I wanted to leave a review from the perspective of a family of 4, including a toddler. We were visiting friends who live in a neighboring town. I found the place to be spacious enough for the kids to not feel confined, and the neighborhood safe/quiet. The space was very clean. The owners also did a great job with the space design. There is a publix and diner pretty close to grab food. Garage made entry very easy with the kids/car seats.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Loved this place! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were cozy. House was beautiful. Backyard fenced and great for the dog. 7 miles to Florida horse park. 20 min to Silver springs for Kayaking. Would definitely stay again

This is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful, Nancy was a great hostess attentive but not overwhelming. She has a beautiful rental, and hias paid very close attention to details. We had a great time and would return. We very much enjoyed all the nature parks and local amenities.

Christine’s home is exactly what my family and I were looking for! As soon as we walked through the front door, we felt right at home! The home was spotless and included more amenities than expected. What a beautiful piece of comfort. The neighborhood was so peaceful. The golf cart was a plus! Well my family and I loved her home so much that we wanted to add more time but unfortunately due to work we were unable to!! We will definitely be back to visit!! This is a no brainer! Must book! You will not be disappointed!

Shady Cove was a neat little getaway! It was quiet and nestled in a little corner of the neighborhood so as to not be bothered. The home was very clean and accommodating. The golf cart was an added bonus and was a great addition to the services provided and necessary to get around the villages! We highly recommend staying at Shady Cove in the Villages!!

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

Our family loved this vibrant home during our one week stay in Crystal River. Chris has designed a beautiful and welcoming space that comfortably accommodated dinner and games for three generations of our family - from 2yrs old to 60+. The eldest members of our family and I stayed here, using two of the bedrooms for sleeping and the third for remote work. Family local to the area were able to visit for dinner with our littlest members and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Everything we needed to cook, rest, and entertain each other just like we would if we were all back home was available and accessible to us. It’s a place to take pride in caring for while you’re staying there. Chris is extremely kind, responsive and hospitable and we highly recommend you book your stay with him whenever possible. We hope to come back again. We loved our experience and were able to make incredible memories while visiting our Florida family because this wonderful place was available.

We absolutely had the best time. The Salt water Pool was amazing..... Such a great time. We met Erica, Jack her son and Soka their yellow Lab. Omg what a super nice family. Restaurant's are super slose. We did not want to leave. The Sun shines from 8amto 7pm. Amazing for laying out.. Cant say enough great things. We will be a regular here!!!

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint, we love it! The house is great and the beds are comfy! The pool and the outside space is most amazing spot to hang out!! Rome is beyond amazing to communicate with and always ready to help or give any info! Feels like a home away from home!!! Highly recommended!!!

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Great, private location in Homosassa. Easily walkable to McRae's, the Monkey Bar and a few other spots. The house is as described on AirBnB. It is spacious and comfortable. Susan is a great and quick responding host!

The home was great and well equipped. Jamie was flexible and amazing communication. Will definitely come back again!

I really didn't want to leave a review because I wanted to keep this comfy and homey place to myself! I love everything about this tiny home.

The house was beautiful and accommodating. Erik allowed us to park our motorcycles in the garage overnight. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore the area, it had a lot to offer.
