On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
