The city center is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is a 25-minute bike ride away and the station is a fifteen-minute walk away. With that, the location is perfect! The small balcony is equipped with the sun from an hour or 2 p.m. Furthermore, there is a staircase in the house, everything is quite new, except the bathroom.
