The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. In the cottage you live basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, just landscaped food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, chickens, running, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

The center of Groningen can be reached by bus or car within 20 minutes. Are you looking for peace and nature? Then you can hike and bike beautifully over National Park de Drentsche Aa. The B&B is a detached cottage of 34m2. By means of a sofa bed, it is possible to stay with 4 people. Welcome!

You will stay in a cozy guesthouse with a bathroom and kitchenette including fridge and induction hobs. The silence and the lovely bed will help you start a new day rested. You can use our large natural garden behind the house. It is wonderful to sit by the pond with the storks in the background.
