Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

The house has direct water access. The water invites you to swim and relax and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

An advantage would be the journey by car, which can safely be parked in front of the propert. The underground can be reached by car in about 8 minutes (by foot in around 30minutes), there are many free parking areas. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

For your relaxing vacation or business stay, 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use. The apartment is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn S 5 as well as REWE and DM. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + linen are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate neighborhood. From Birkenstein S-Bahn station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Berlin-Mahlsdorf is one of the most popular residential areas in Berlin. Thanks to the good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by highway, train and subway in just approx. 15-20 minutes away. By bike and on foot you can relax in the greenery by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Check-in is usually from 3 pm to 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am.

Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den Vermietern verfügbar. Keine Parkplatzprobleme oder Kosten. Unser Garten und der Grill können gern auf Anfrage genutzt werden.
