Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hordaland

Found everything needed for a great family trip to mountainside I would like to recommend this place.

The place is absolutely idyllic. If you want to feel like living in a botanical garden and fruit garden with own lake and boat, with unbelievable view, this is your place. Two more features that are very precious nowadays - silence and darkness. You can observe Milky Way and millions of stars from terrace. And all this in absolute silence, similar to what I experienced last time in my grandma’s timber cabin 40 years ago.

Cozy host, clean, cozy and nice house. Easy check in, proximity to shops and sports facilities.

We celebrated Christmas in Stavanger with both children and grandchildren. The townhouse in nice surroundings was fully equipped, tidy, clean and worked absolutely perfectly for what we needed. The descriptions were correct, check in easy, the landlord nice and responded quickly if needed. Parking (with access to electric car charger) in separate parking basement was an absolute plus. Walking distance to the city center minimized the use of a car. Nice hiking trails nearby. Highly recommend the place.

This was the 2nd time we've stayed in the cozy house of May Helen and Anders. Still as nice, central and quiet. A perfect place to spend a weekend in Stavanger. Many thanks for us😊

Great home for kids - our kids (6 and 9) had a blast. As did the adults. The tram is a few minutes from the front door, great location.

We were 3 adult people and a dog who spent two nights at Olaug's place. Her home is very cozy and has everything you need. Lots of beds, large sofa and large dining table. Lovely garden with lots of bird life, and wonderful surrounding area. Lots of nice nearby hiking areas and. Communication and check-in without any problems. We'll be sure to come back. Cheerful host, easy to communicate. We were able to arrive before check-in. Bed linen and towels are ready. Clean and tidy.

Trine was easy to communicate with, also appreciated the flexible check in and her proactiveness in suggesting restaurants that were open in Easter. The place was exactly as described and had the needed amenities. It's also an easy walk to the sights, light train to the airport, and the ferry terminal.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were in town to hike Trolltunga and this place was conveniently located right at the turn off the main street towards the trailhead, about 13 minutes. The host was very communicative and responsive and had local recommendations for us. Everything was great and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Terrific, accomodating, host. Cozy, clean, ground floor, 2-bedroom place located on a busy street butl quiet enough to sleep with no problem. Fantastic location convenient to many cafes, restaurants, bars and attractions. You really can't go wrong staying here while you're in Bergen!

This was a beautiful and modern apartment in a perfect location in Bergen. It’s close to the funicular to get to Fløyen, a mountain overlooking the city, and right by the wharf. There were plenty of food and drink options nearby, and it was a great area to explore. We were very happy with our stay there.

Hanne is a wonderful,friendly and excellent host! Her beautiful house is an excellent place to stay at Bergen. She was there to receive us, to help and say goodbye!!! i recommend her 100%!

Everything about this place and host was excellent. Very comfortable, private and quiet, updated and we had all we needed. Grocery store within walking distance and very easy bus access to Bergen-only about 10 minutes away. Birthe was an extremely responsive host and accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend and thank you Birthe!

We had a wonderful time at Benediktes place in Bergen. The apartment is beautiful and cozy and the view is stunning. There are many hiking trails waiting at the doorstep. Benedikte is absolutely friendly and the check-in, communication and renting were very uncomplicated. We would definitely come back!

Great little apartment with good views, nicely located in relation to the ski lift. Possible to walk to the cover, but can quickly get a little sweaty from the walk😅 The apartment had everything we as a party of 3 adults could need. Recommended further!

Trond’s place is perfect for a family of four. It’s clean and comfortable. Also have good views from the balcony. I’m recommend this place.
