Welcome to our exclusive villa, designed by the renowned architect Todd Saunders. This stunning property offers everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing holiday: - Heated pool from April to October (32 degrees) - Large boathouse and private dock, access to peaceful public beach - Spacious, beautiful garden with hot tub and trampoline - Barbecue facilities in the boathouse and on the balcony For the adventurous, we also offer rental of a 14-foot boat with a 15 hp motor for five persons.

Fiskemuligheter fra land eller båt. Turmuligheter som er barnevogn/sykkel vennlig og i skog og fjell. Felles lekeplass og en fin strand med ypperlige bademuligheter. With its waterfront location, the cabin has access to a private dock and fantastic swimming opportunities. Two stand-up paddleboards are also available, or you can take a bath in a heated jacuzzi. Hytte med fantastisk utsikt i Vanvik, Sauda/Suldal

Slapp av sammen med familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Stille og rolig med fantastisk utsikt og solforhold. Kun 20 minutt fra Sauda. Det er 2-3 minutter gange ned til sjøen med flere bade og fiskeplasser. Fantastiske turområder like i nærheten for eksempel Lølandsnuten og Fattnesnuten. Her er kjørbar vei helt frem og gode parkeringsmuligheter. -Vedfyrt badestamp. -Bålpanne. -Leker og spill for barn. Ca 35 minutt kjøring til alpinsenteret i Sauda.

Central and beautiful apartment with sunny balcony

The apartment is close to the Hovden center with walking distance to all facilities. In winter, there are great cross-country trails close by and it is a short distance to the Alpine Centre. The skating rink and Hovden Badeland is just outside. In spring, summer and autumn, there are many good hiking trails and summit hikes with varying degrees of difficulty.

This apartment is located in Ytre Sandviken, Bergen and has public transport right next to the building, food store, and the ocean fifty meters in front of the building. Parking: Personal parking space right behind the building. Transport: Bus every ten minutes to either Åsane or the city centre.
