The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. She is very lovingly decorated and fully mobilized. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the train station and the center (about 12 minutes). The acknowledged resort Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is called because of the location in the Baumbergen also "the pearl of the Baumberge".
