A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Fully refurbed in 2021 during lockdown. A beautiful light space perfectly situated for central Hove. Newly added Hive heating system. Come and enjoy this gorgeous new boutique Airbnb experience. One lovely double bedroom on the 1st floor of my split level home. Just a stones throw from the beach. Turn right and in 5 mins you'll be at a wonderful small batch coffee, many lovely shops and restaurants and Hove train station. Turn left and left again and you'll be heading straight to the beach.

The Garden Room, Large Private Apartment

Although I already have very high cleanliness standards and take care of the change overs myself additional safety and sanitation measures, are currently in affect. Due to my own severe allergy’s I am unable to accommodate any animals in the apartment. The Garden Room is the ground floor of a family home. Completely private from the house, the apartment is suitable for a couple with two young children. Free private dedicated parking space in gated community. Sole use of garden.

Peaceful, spacious, bright and with a suntrap garden and sparkling high end fittings throughout this flat is perfect for exploring Brighton & Hove. Brighton is a 20 min walk along the seafront. New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

Lovely 1 bed flat Central Hove

Location, Location, Location. This 1 bed holiday flat is entirely yours for your stay. I highly recommend coming by train as once you are here it is so easy to get around on foot, bus, train or taxi. Literally surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and the beach. Brighton is a short bus ride away or a 30 min walk along the promenade or along Church Road passing shops, bars and restaurants all the way.

Grade II listed flat close to beach

It is a flat (top 4th floor no lift) in a Grade II listed building (built in the early 1900's). Close to the beach and in a part of Hove with loads of charm. Easy to get to Brighton centre and close to stations. Great place to come in the summer (if driving, parking is difficult so please read section “other things to note” below and download the PaybyPhone app)
