Welcome to Richard and Sunny's Hsinchu apartment, an old and cozy department. 15 mins walk to train station, quite place, nice neighborhood, suitable for family, closed to Big City, central park, city council, Dongmen market, Beida church. Our department is new decoration, spent 1.5 millions NTD for furniture, decoration and brand new home appliances. The 140 tsubo transportation of the house is easy to reach from the Kitaichi Gaoxinzhu Science Park Interchange in 15 minutes. From the house 10 minutes to Hsinchu Science Industrial Park, 15 minutes to Beipu.
