Simple quiet peaceful apartment in charming 110 year old Victorian home . Located on the Scenic Highway of Legends. Close to inspiring hiking trails. One block from down town . Next to the La Veta public library . Walking distance to shops galleries and great restaurants in La Veta Co . The sleeping room has a Queen bed , in room sink with mirror . The apartment has A fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave and a Tiled Bathroom with a deep footed bath tub . There is no shower .

This riverfront home is tucked away from the main road and serenaded by the Huerfano River. Modern construction with a southwestern vibe includes heated floors and a fully outfitted kitchen and lots of covered outdoor lounging areas (two covered porches and a screened in porch). Access to the Huerfano River and this corner of Redwing Ranch are included (map will be at the house). Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee.
