The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is equipped with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). A fridge with freezer compartment is available. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. The village center can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Small cottage in the countryside (semi-detached house/annex), approx. 70m² and beautiful large wooden veranda. Ideal for couples, singles, club or company trips, spending a few days with friends, but also for families with up to 3 children. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
