The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. Also popular: the large gas/electric stove with seven hobs.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

The accommodation for up to 2 guests on the top floor is located in a residential area with inner city periphery adjacent to a park near the YAYLA Arena in Krefeld. The location of the accommodation is central and quiet, in the neighborhood there are small and local supply stores (baker, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket). The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the region of the Lower Rhine with its sights.

Apartment Wilhelm

The 1-room apartment is in the garage of our 1957 house. We completely renovated it in 2021 and expanded the accommodation in the process. It is located within walking distance of the city forest. This invites you to linger with beautiful jogging trails, a newly designed playground, boat rental and beer garden. Krefeld city center is within walking distance. Even if the street doesn't look like it, it's surprisingly quiet.
