On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet, and a room with a Jacuzzi (the Jacuzzi is available for bookings of 3 nights or more). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and a bathroom. In the backyard, there is a table with benches, a barbecue, and a prefabricated pool (until September 13th). The house is located on a clearing and offers a unique view of the lake and many surrounding villages.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
