One of best houses in area, layout is superb. Stay was great, not withstanding the power grids on island kept going out. House has solar backup but anyone not familiar with solar panels should have instructions. Thanks again Blair for working with us throughout our visit

Beautiful place just steps from the beach and a beautiful preserve. The house has its own private pool. Great and clean place to enjoy with family and friends or friends.

The property we stayed at consist of three nice sized villas overlooking an amazing view and pool. Very exotic location, with a little river in the back and beautiful lighting. The villas were immaculately designed, and the interiors were impeccable very classy taste was put into this setting. My wife loved the color schemes. The hosts were incredible as well. We will be staying here again in the future! Thank you so much for the great recommendations.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning, with a spacious layout and all the comforts we needed. The yard and pool were absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The surrounding beach community was welcoming and made our trip even more special. We can't wait for our next visit—highly recommend!

We really value the stay a lot, it's close to the ferry terminal, it's perfect to be able to go to vieques and snail, the stay is very nice, they leave you special instructions and it's like when dad leaves you notitas at home to remind you not to forget things... We really appreciated the stay and would be back again, thank you so much for everything, and we left the cooler to come back on a next visit! Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

This place was gorgeous! More beautiful than the photos. Roberto responded quickly and seemed friendly. The place was very clean. My husband and I definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved spending time in the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

Comfortable and homely place to stay. Everything we needed was furnished. Pool and pool area was clean and perfect for spending a lot of time with our two young children. The beach at Punto Santiago was two minutes away, a local store at the end of the street and Walmart is about 10 minutes away. AC worked and water was hot. Host was easy to reach and car parking is secure. We loved our time there and would stay again.

Jose’s place was great for my family and I. We enjoyed the house and the area.

Maria's place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, the place was well stocked and super clean, and the views are fantastic and get better and better the higher you go in the townhome (6 floors). As others have stated, there are a lot of stairs, but they are worth the effort. There's also an elevator if you prefer that route. Host was very responsive with minor questions during the stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful place in front of the beach. Nicely decorated and have whatever you need to cook, but also walking distance from very nice restaurants… Ember and Vine recommended!

Top notch rental in a vibrant location accessible to the one of the beauty of Puerto Rico. Would highly recommend this location & definitely will be back to this gorgeous place.

The house is absolutely wonderful! The view was stunning and all of the rooms were spacious. A sweet neighborhood with even sweeter dogs to boot! The location is relatively close (45 mins- hour) to PRs must sees such as El Yunque, Ceiba Ferry and Old San Juan. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this house. The pool was great. We were within walking distance to the beach and there are several restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.

Nelson’s homes were perfect for our family! Very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay! We were comfortable and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We loved walking to the beach every morning to see the beautiful sunrise. Nelson was very friendly and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and responded with all questions very quickly. My family will definitely be coming back!
