Country - loft apartment + fireplace + garden + parking

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Wesel City "Wackenbruch" 2 bedrooms, 100 sqm

The light-flooded apartment is about 100 sqm. It can accommodate up to four people on the outskirts of Wesel, in the district of Fusternberg. All rooms are tiled, the blinds are electric. One window in each room has an insect repellent. Walk to the train station about 5, to the city about 10, to the cathedral about 20 minutes. Since the apartment is in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet despite its central location. Please follow the house rules. Not suitable for infants.

Welcome to my charming one-bedroom guest apartment, located in a beautifully designed architectural building with three units. After a thorough renovation in 2024 it is ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa and TV (including Netflix, YouTube etc.), Sonos sound speaker, desk with monitor (HDMI), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Auf ca. 27qm befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, ein 1,40cm großes Bett, sowie eine Couch und ein kleiner Essbereich. Im ausreichend großen Bad mit Fenster befindet sich eine Dusche. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im wunderschönen Ruhrgebiet. Von hier aus werden schnell verschiedene Fahrradtrassen erreicht und die Umgebung kann per Rad erkundet werden.

The good highway connection on the edge of the Ruhr area in the beautiful Rotbachtal is definitely a plus. From our farm you can explore the area excellently. We are happy to rent the apartment on a weekly or monthly basis. Just ask. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the courtyard and the Rotbachtal.

We offer an apartment with a kitchen, bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and bathroom with shower/toilet in a single-family house (built in 2021), which we live in ourselves with two large dogs and toddler. The apartment is on the first floor. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are provided.  Four-legged friends are welcome! A bakery and grocery store (open Mon. - Sat. 8 am - 9 pm) are within walking distance.
