Our "Elderstübchen" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the border to a protected landscape area, but only a little away from the Voerder village center. We have furnished the small apartment with about 34 square meters in the annex of our house, where the local upper teacher used to have stable and hayloft for self-catering. On the ground floor you will find a modern furnished kitchen-living room and in the former hayloft is today the living room and bedroom with many windows and open roof space.

Enjoy your stay in our bright and friendly apartment in the basement. The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest in a quiet street with single-family houses. Shops are 500 m away and the highway connections (A2 & A31) are 800 m away. The cities of Essen (city center 14 km), Oberhausen (CentrO, 7 km), as well as the ski hall (Alpincenter, 7 km) and the Movie Park (12 km) can be reached quickly by car. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.
