Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Huron

When we arrived the first impression of the place was very welcoming. When we walked in we felt right at home. The home was welcoming, clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was very important to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Airbnb.

Melissa was great to work with and the house was perfect. Would happily stay again.

The Cottage House was perfect for our family. It was a great space and had plenty of room for our 4 kids and great dane. There is 1 TV which the kids took over immediately, but there is board games available for family entertainment. The house had all the kitchen supplies you could need. We don't usually eat out and we made our meals at home, so I don't know about the local restaurants. Most activities are within a 15 min drive though. The house itself has a large wooded area behind it that was great for walks. Our dog loved that the most. There is a big fire pit with logs available. We wished we would have used it but we were so worn out by Cedar Point that we never got to. David and Guilda were very responsive hosts. They provided a lengthy list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. This is a great place to stay.

This was a convenient and nice space for our family to stay on our Cedar Point trip. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. As other reviewers described, it sits between two well maintained motel units. Thanks for letting us stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and cozy. We appreciated that the house was stocked with many common forgotten items and had all the comforts of home. It is very close to the lake and the town of Vermillion which is so charming. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

What an outstanding first time Airbnb experience for my parents who are in their 80's and my younger sister that is disabled & wheelchair bound. Stephanie's home was perfect for their needs. It was beyond our expectations from the cleanliness of the entire home to the decor. You felt right at home as soon as you entered. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I was looking for a peaceful lake house instead I chose this modern Lakeside retreat. I was so impressed by Doug’s communication. It’s the first time we’ve ever stayed at a Airbnb where the host reached out that after the first night make sure everything was good. We enjoyed all of the amenities. The property had to offer. It was so peaceful. Plus, it’s only about a 10 minute drive to everything else so it’s actually very close. All in all I would say it’s a great value and Doug is a great host.

Great place to have the whole family come join in. The driveway is the star of the show because we can fit our 21 ft ranger on there. & it’s nice an hidden from the right side of the road.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It is very bright and homey with plenty of room. We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, but Branson very helpfully sent someone out to help us. He was very accommodating.

The place was sweet and surprisingly roomy. Easy walk to all of Oberlin. Willie the host was friendly and responsive. The wireless was down for a little while and he called his internet service immediately. Not only was the problem solved, but Willie gave me a partial refund before I asked. I will stay here again!

The mermaid hideaway was very clean and decorated so nice! The location is key! We stayed in town for the Burning Snowman Festival and everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. And right downstairs is the Clinton House which is a must to visit! Jon and Carolyn were quick to respond with questions. Very welcoming! We will be booking again in summer!! PC is always fun in summer with the walkable bars near or to hop on the jet to PIB!

Beautiful property on the marina! Perfect location for the Burning Snowman Festival! Very tentative and friendly owners. Highly recommend!

Love staying at this place. Stay there every time I am in town. Easy check in & great, great location. Walking distance to everywhere in downtown Amherst. We always feel very comfortable staying there. Thank you Melissa.

My stay at Victorian Inn was wonderful. My accommodations were very clean, well appointed, and spacious. I stayed with my little dog and three grandchildren. They were also delighted. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies who cooked and served were delightful. They were also very accommodating of some dietary restrictions.

We had a great stay in Port Clinton and it was nice to have somewhere to crash for the night after days full of adventure! Small but functional—and that’s all we needed! Thanks Joe!
