The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with a fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. In my house you should feel comfortable. During the renovation in 2022, I followed the modern country house style. Wooden floorboards on both levels, fireplace in the large living/dining area, and a natural stone countertop in the kitchen create a special, natural atmosphere. Large windows guarantee light-filled rooms at any time of the day. The play room impresses the children with numerous toys including a swing. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

"Give yourself a break!" – to come to this motto was not difficult for me as a city person. It's hard to imagine a brighter contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet townhouse located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Rates include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arrival by car is recommended. We have lovingly and carefully furnished our holiday home under Reet - in the hope that you feel at home with your family and / or friends - just like at home! A newly covered, locally typical thatched roof, the restoration of the old canopy and a careful approach to the removal to preserve as much as possible - this was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, party groups do not suit us!

We have completely renovated and lovingly furnished our cozy townhouse built in 1892. Old and new furniture create a cozy atmosphere. The new bright kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Dishwasher and washing machine are provided. An open fireplace between the living room and the kitchen provides additional warmth. Bedding and towels are included in the price. For the final cleaning €85,-- will be charged.
