It is heated by a fireplace. Around the house, there is a garden where you can light a barbecue and a porch where you can eat on a warm sunny day. The property is fenced, pets are welcome.

Proportional, elegant, set on a marble base, perfectly matching cast-iron doors, it was created based on vintage tiles, and inside there is a firebox built using Zduń methods.

Downstairs, there is a hallway, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds, spacious air-conditioned living room with fireplace and exit to 50 sq meters terrace, and kitchen. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a toilet, is located in the attic. Guests have access to a fire pit with benches, a garden tub with hot or cold water and a 30-acre fenced plot.
