The area is known for having a bustling boating life in the summer. There are many marked hiking trails in the surrounding area.

Modern and cozy cabin with amazing views

Hytten er tegnet av kunstner og eieren av hytten. Den ligger på et vakkert kulturbeite med panorama utsikt utover Bøfjorden, Sognefjorden og fjellene. Urtehage, blomstereng og en liten gressplen skaper en idyllisk atmosfære. Hytten ligger ca 100 m over havet, med turmuligheter direkte til Bø-heia like ved, samt spektakulære turmuligheter en kort biltur unna. Bygden Leirvik har et lite tettsted, ca 2,5 km fra hytten, med en matbutikk og hotell, samt et skipsverft nede ved fjorden.

Relax and enjoy the days in our cabin. The cabin is located on a small hill 305 metres above sea level and is from 1995. In 2022, it was fitted with a new kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. The cabin is located in a nice hiking area where you can reach several mountain peaks or take a walk in the woods. Among other things, it is a 20-minute drive to Lihesten, which is a spectacular mountain. Here you can really find peace and quiet in a tranquil natural environment.

Right on the Åfjord, in the small village of Sørbøvåg, is our cottage with the apartment Sørli on the ground floor. Here you have a wonderful view of the fjord and the rocky massif of the Lihesten with the waterfall "Lauvelva" through the spacious windows or directly from the terrace.
