In a separate lakeside sauna, you can enjoy the steam of the wood stove, with the view of the lake view from the large view windows, both the sauna and the stunning fireplace room. There is a laundry room and workout area in the maintenance building. EV charging points, 2pcs 11kW type2 and 2pcs 16a Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Villa Kataja holiday cottage in Paljaka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

This beautifully renovated studio has a cozy atmosphere. The market, shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The alcove has a quality 140cm wide frame mattress bed. We have reserved hygiene products, white sheets and towels for your use. In addition, you have a bicycle at your disposal. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.
