Vacation rentals in Iberian Peninsula

We had a fabulous stay in Nerja. The home was an exceptionally high standard, it had absolutely everything we needed, was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Communication was excellent and the host took extra care and attention following a huge storm in the area. The property was of a very high standard with lovely furniture and great attention to detail, well stocked kitchen and lots of space for a family of 9. We would absolutely visit again.

Met 5 volwassenen en 1 kind (9jaar) hebben wij van 27 oktober tot en met 2 november 2024 met heel veel plezier verbleven in de prachtige villa. Alles was prima in orde. Mooie en schone bad- en slaapkamers. Heerlijk terras met buitenkeuken en zwembad. Supermarkt op 8 minuten rijden met de auto en de gezellige haven van Lagos ook prima met de auto te bereiken op circa 10 minuten rijden. Alle voorzieningen in en rondom de villa waren prima. Zelfs strandhanddoeken lagen voor ons klaar. Werkelijk niets op of aan te merken op dit prachtige vakantieverblijf. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Eine moderne, gepflegte, bestens ausgestattete Wohnung mit gut durchdachten Details hat uns sehr viel Komfort geboten. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bädern ist optimal für eine Familie oder Freunde. Die Geräte wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Herd, Kühlschrank sind alle ganz neu und optimal, wenn man sich als Sportler oder mit Kindern gut organisieren muss. Der Sportraum in der Anlage war für uns perfekt, der gemütliche Wohnbereich sehr schön für Spiele- und Filmabende, die Terrasse super für Grillabende und mit Hund war der Standort für uns ideal, da direkt am eingezäunten Hunde-Trainingsplatz, fußläufig zum Strand & auf die Wanderrouten. Auch der Garagenstellplatz war für uns ein toller Vorteil. Silvana hat uns persönlich herzlich empfangen und bestens in die gesamte Anlage eingewiesen, danke Dir sehr! Wir freuen uns schon, im nächsten Sommer wiederzukommen.

J’ai passée une semaine avec deux amis dans ce logement. Tout a été parfait: aucune nuisance sonore, appartement propre, à proximité de plusieurs commerces et restaurant. L’hôte a été réactif à nos besoins et conciliant pour notre retard à la remise de l’appartement. Je vous recommande ce logement 😊

Helena was a great host before and throughout our stay, alway being very helpful and responsive. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has easy access to the resort facilities, including the swimming pool. The house is also well located with amazing beaches and quality restaurants within a 15 minute walk. We would certainly recommend Helena's place for a stress free and relaxing family holiday.

La casa di Maria Teresa è davvero accogliente e molto pulita, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Lei è stata un’host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a dare una mano se serviva qualcosa. L’unico aspetto meno comodo è la posizione, un po’ fuori mano, ma con un’auto a noleggio si risolve senza problemi. La tranquillità del posto ripaga comunque la distanza. Segnaliamo solo un piccolo problema: c’è un buco nel bagno al piano terra da cui salgono alcuni insetti. Nulla di drammatico, ma sarebbe utile sistemarlo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole che ci sentiamo di consigliare!

Wow! Peter and Andrea's place was just awesome. Location was perfect, 30 mins walk to Marbella old town, 15 mins walk to Mercadona for your grocery. Nice bars and restaurants just outside the building. From our balcony, right on the beach you can see Gibraltar, and even Africa on a clear day. Bus stop just outside the building that can take you all over costa del sol. You don't need to rent a car, but if you do so, parking is not a problem. Communication with Peter on Airbnb is very good, and during you stay, Andrea via whatsap is always there for you. Check in information was very clear, and she's always answered very fast to your questions. We had one of our best family vacation at Banana beach, Thank you for that Peter and Andrea. We had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and spacious. Large balcony area and the pool is great, never too busy, decent sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a large allocated parking space in the garage, much wider than you would expect, easily big enough for a large SUV, although you can also park on the street; except for Wednesdays as it is market day between 0700-1600 hours. If you are interested then the gym consists of two rooms, one with two benches and two barbells/rack. There are a selection of 20kg, 10kg, 5kg and 2.5kg olympic weight plates, around 140kg total. Selection of dumbbells 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 15kg. The other room consists of cardio such as exercise bikes and cross trainers. If you need anything more then Las Mesas is a 2 minute walk across the park and has a large indoor and outdoor gym which you can get a day pass to for €9.80. Overall, this is a great place to stay, there is some construction going on but didn’t bother us and would definitely stay here again.
