Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Direct access to the balcony with a seaview. ( to the Island of Cres, Marina, Island of Krk ) It is 80 m away from the Seaside promenade.

Studio je idealan za parove, no može prihvatiti i par s jednim djetetom. Kuća je smještena na mirnoj lokaciji i stoga je idealna za odmor.
