Cozy apartment with separate kitchen in Starnberg for a maximum of 3 people. My house is in a quiet location on a private road. The apartment is bright and cozy on the 2nd floor of my semi-detached house overlooking the countryside. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the S train station Starnberg- Nord (650 m away), several supermarkets (also organic), bakeries and other shops. Starnberg Lake and downtown Starnberg is a 15-minute walk away, where many restaurants are located.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
