You live 800 meters from Idbyn sea bath, proximity to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers out, with its beautiful rocky hills and lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the closest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with nice opportunities for hiking passes only a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik there is also the well known adventure swimming area Pardiset.
