“Our stay was a wonderful one! The thoughtful and welcoming touches are a rare find and were much appreciated. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and was nicely maintained, clean and well kept. This would be a perfect location for a Niobrara trip. I would highly recommend staying at Grandma’s House!”

Gather around the large kitchen island playing games or reminiscing about your trip. Large deck off the kitchen for grilling or just enjoying the outdoors. House has open floor plan where you can relax in front of the fireplace and still be part of the conversation.
“Beautiful place! The decor and finishes look like something straight out of HGTV. Super comfy beds and beautiful kitchen island. The home had everything we needed for our family of 4. Our 4 year old loved playing in the backyard after being in the car for 8 hours. A great stop over from our drive from Denver to central Minnesota. We plan to stay there again I hope on our return trip. Tip: ask for the intersection, there was no mapping app that got the address location correct.”
Ten miles west of Winner, South Dakota, in the country on Highway 18. Private, shady location among the pines and trees with a view of the ‘Carter Hills’ to the West. “So cozy & clean! A lot more room than we expected, especially if you include the outdoor area. We were there in the Spring & it was just gorgeous. Hosts were very kind & helpful, but still gave us plenty of privacy. Google maps had a hard time with the address, but the hosts' directions were very helpful. The Mexican restaurant in Winner was pretty good, too 👌🏻”
