The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Idylic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and Baltic Sea from the backyard, with private staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and playtower. Located in a rural setting in a protected area. Accommodation approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with capacity for max 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller, but functional bathroom with shower. Big brewers. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Only 1 minute to the beach

Sit back and relax in this quiet and relaxed cottage. Completely renovated in 2022. Good materials and good indoor climate. Completely secluded backyard with room for play, games, coziness, and wilderness bath. When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only 60 meters walk from the property. Absolutely unique location. Marienlyst city is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, shops and the best ice cream shop.
