You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. Bo i ett ombyggt stall. Här trampade det tidigare hästar. Nu är det ombyggt till en tre rums lägenhet med nostalgi känsla. Inredningen är original från 50-70 talet. Här bor man med skogen inpå knuten. Har man tur kan det stå en älg utanför fönstret. Ni bor mitt mellan Ludvika och Borlänge. På vintern är det nära till Romme Alpin och skidspår i Gyllbergens fritidsområde. På sommaren är naturen med sjöar och skogen mycket nära.

Mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på vår egen tomt (5 000 kvm) i den fina byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Sängen är bäddad och rena handdukar är framlagda när ni anländer, här är det enkelt att trivas! Byn ligger längst med Siljan, med bil tar det 4 minuter till Leksand Sommarland, 8 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg.

På gården bor värdparet i hus och det finns en stor trädgård som ger avskildhet. I boendet ingår toalett, dusch, bastu, kolgrill och utemöbler. Det finns en dubbelsäng i separat sovrum och bäddsoffa med två bäddar i vardagsrummet. Städning ingår inte i priset och ska göras före utcheckning.
