Very functional house, with excellent location and with easy access to the beaches. Kitchen well complete and spacious, very good, we are already old customers and we always come back.

We didn't come across any surprises, the house really is in accordance with the information in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days off at the Vila Velha retreat.

Our stay during the carnival was very quiet in the house, we had everything we needed and the problem we had with the air conditioning was quickly resolved. Overall, it was very satisfactory because despite the distance from the airport, downtown Recife and Olinda, we had easy walking around the city and many restaurants and commercial establishments nearby in ZN. Rules were and instructions were clear.

House 8, Lucas's house is inside a condominium of many identical houses, it is not a private house but has a very nice neighborhood. The doormen Léo and Galego are very helpful, and Lucas himself is very good at solving any problem. The private pool is very nice to be in the barbecue area. The house is airy and all air-conditioners work well and electric showers. It has solar panels, which is really cool. The place is very quiet, family-friendly and safe, offering a perfect environment to rest. It has a very large common area of the condominium with a leisure area, swimming pools, playground, volleyball court and access to the beach. It even has a fenced area of the beach that is very safe for children. Great place to be with family in the summer!

Our stay in Olinda was wonderful! From the moment we entered, we felt at home. All is beautiful, full of charm, history and very welcoming. The location could not be better: in the heart of the historic center, with easy access to the main sights, where you can do everything on foot. We spent a month there, working and cooking at home, and we didn't miss anything. The house is very well equipped and has everything we need for everyday life. But what made the real difference was Lena. A person so dear, attentive, always available and careful in every detail. It made us comfortable from the first contact. It was a great joy to meet her and to have stayed at her home. We want to come back soon!

I loved the very cozy house, clean all the rooms that pool TB Sr. José served me very well , I will definitely be renting again at another time of my time off or vacation to spend a few days as a family. And always good to change some areas we come back renovated. Once again a LOT OBG for everything .

My experience in this stay was simply excellent! From the time of booking until the check-out, everything went smoothly and very well organized. The host was extremely attentive, always available to ask questions and offer tips about the region. The space was impeccable: clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing — or even better! The location was also a great positive point, with easy access. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to provide comfort and practicality. Without a doubt, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in hosting. The apartment is perfect! Simple, but has everything you need. I am staying in Recife for a couple of months, and my stay has been wonderful. The flat is in a great area, just one block from the beach, and has everything you could want within two blocks. Communication has been excellent. The pool is a great luxury, and the rooftop view is amazing. I highly recommend Jussara’s flat!
